A graduate of The Lir Academy with over 10 years experience, Marty has been involved in productions with companies such as Gate Theatre, Lyric Theatre Belfast, National Theatre UK, Playwright Studio Scotland, Rough Magic, Fishamble, Dead Centre and Prime Cut, and screen companies such as MGM, Disney+, FX, RTÉ, Two Cities, BBC, Treasure Entertainment, Eclipse Pictures, Samson Films, Netflix and CBS.

Marty is a qualified Intimacy Co-Ordinator, trained with Intimacy Professionals Association under Amanda Blumenthal 2024, and is currently under a shadowing mentorship for large-scale TV and film productions.

Marty’s first play, BITCH, is an award-winning theatre-cabaret drag performance that is set for touring dates in late 2025.

She is the recipient of the Romilly Walton Masters Award for experimental theatremaking 2025, an Arts Council Next Generation Award recipient 2023, and an Axis Assemble artist.
